Bridge Point of Sale, built by Multitap

The problem

The gaming lounge kept customer accounts in one system and took card payments on a separate terminal. Every sale meant juggling both, and there was no easy way to see which customers were spending more or drifting away.

What we built

A complete point of sale. It takes card, cash and split payments through the card reader, records every sale on the customer's gaming account automatically, applies time-based pricing like off-peak rates on its own, and runs staff shifts and cash drawer counts. A companion dashboard turns those sales into revenue, product and customer views, and it can send win-back emails that get credited against real purchases.

How it works in the room

A customer walks up and a staff member finds their account in a couple of taps. The price is already right for the time of day, the card reader lights up, and the sale lands on the account before the customer sits down.

What it changes

The owner can see who the best customers are, which products move and which regulars haven't been back, all from sales that actually happened. Marketing stops guessing, because every campaign can be measured against the register.
