Guest WiFi Capture

Every WiFi login becomes a guest you can invite back.

Live at The Leinster, three Salumeria 104 locations, Spris Lincoln Road and three partner venues

Guest WiFi Capture, built by Multitap

The problem

Guests sit on a restaurant's WiFi every day, and the restaurant learns nothing about them. Once they leave, the only way to reach them again is to pay for an ad.

What we built

A branded WiFi login page for each venue. Guests enter a name and an email to get online, and the ones who opt in land on the group's email list, tagged with the venue they visited. The system talks to each venue's WiFi equipment over a private connection, and a monitor checks every venue every five minutes so a broken login never goes unnoticed.

How it works in the room

A guest joins the WiFi and the venue's own page opens on their phone. They type a name and an email, tap once, and they're online for the next month. By the time the food arrives, they're a contact the venue can invite to its next event.

What it changes

The group builds a list of real guests at every location without asking staff to do a thing. Every holiday, launch and slow night now has an audience the business owns, instead of one it has to rent from an ad platform.
