Leinster Events on Autopilot

The pub's calendar publishes itself and fills the email list.

Live for The Leinster in Edgewater, Miami

Leinster Events on Autopilot, built by Multitap

The problem

The Leinster shows the big matches and runs trivia and themed nights, but none of it was easy to find. Events lived on a calendar only staff could see, and people who wanted to come had no simple way to say so.

What we built

A system that reads the pub's sports calendar and weekly programming and publishes each event to Eventbrite and to the pub's own website, including a calendar people can add to their phones. It never lists a closed day and never deletes an event people have signed up for. Every RSVP becomes a contact on the email list, tagged by venue, and events coming up soon with no RSVPs get flagged so they can be promoted in time.

How it works in the room

Staff add a match to the calendar they already use, and within the hour it's on Eventbrite and the website. A fan taps RSVP, and the pub can email them about the next big game.

What it changes

Every match and themed night now builds the guest list instead of disappearing after the final whistle. For the pub's anniversary party, the RSVPs came in through the same system and went straight onto the list.

The numbers
